Forty-four photographs from fifteen area ‘Shutterbugs’ are on view from April 17 through June 1st. They cover a wide range of subjects, including portraits, flowers, landscapes, and wildlife. Examples include a contemplation of glass artwork, the first blooms of early spring, a strange Tellico residence, and the energy of a pianist during the first Black Gospel Explosion. Visitors will be amazed to glimpse into the lives of native birds and animals. See the Overhill as you never have before throughout all four seasons.

Exhibiting Shutterbug members are Alan Armstrong, Jeannine Bowman, Sandi Brewer, Jim Caldwell, John Crabtree, Michele Dalton, Janna Hawkins, Angi Hawn, David Macklem, Arti Mullins, Helen Mullins, Cathy Stone, Richard Thurston, Durant Tullock, and Henry Webb.

The Overhill Shutterbugs is a regional art club which meets the first Tuesday of each month from 5:30-6:30 at the Etowah Arts Commission. Photo lovers of all ages, ability, and skill are welcome to attend and share photographs, experiences, and advice. Monthly photography classes and workshops are held as well.
